Why Go Anywhere Else? Just bought a new 2016 Ford Explorer from Jack Bresnahan at Jannell Ford in Hanover. There are quite a few Ford dealerships between my house and Janne Just bought a new 2016 Ford Explorer from Jack Bresnahan at Jannell Ford in Hanover. There are quite a few Ford dealerships between my house and Jannell Ford but I had a great experience there a couple of years ago so thought I would try them again. I'm very happy that I did. Jack was great and very respectful of my situation (which was getting the most vehicle for my dollar). He worked with me and Jannell's management to get what I believe was a great deal for both of us. The whole experience was stress-free and professional. You can't ask for more from a dealership. My son needs a new F150 and I'll be sending him there. I will go back when it's time to replace my Explorer. Thanks Jack and Jannell Ford! More

Brand and Dealership Loyalty Earned Yesterday I expected a brief visit for scheduled maintenance, but it was extended when it turned out my 2011 Fusion SEL needed front brakes. While I Yesterday I expected a brief visit for scheduled maintenance, but it was extended when it turned out my 2011 Fusion SEL needed front brakes. While I had the time, I walked the lot to see what might be there that was newer but low mileage. Back in the Sales Office I sat with Jack Bresnahan to go over options that might allow for a newer SEL and perhaps lower payments. We reviewed new car pricing as well. As we were looking at a few possibilities in the lot, and not finding anything of interest, he ran into a 2015 Fusion Titanium with 23,345 miles the general manager was driving. Within an hour or so the paperwork was done and it was exactly what I was looking for. In the past the numbers didn't allow for the jump, but all of a sudden everything fit and the car is great and is fully loaded; in fact, beyond what I expected. The entire process was nicely handled, including the financing paperwork with Joanne Hudson. Very pleased and only paying about $9.00 a month more for huge upgrade. More

peace of mind we bought a car from colonial ford in Plymouth, had front brake issues within 2 wks of purchase, got that fixed to the tune of $550,,,took the car to we bought a car from colonial ford in Plymouth, had front brake issues within 2 wks of purchase, got that fixed to the tune of $550,,,took the car to my sons wedding in philly, and the back brakes seized, another $600, on the way home we heard noises coming from the rear, we didn't tell the grandkids, so papa and I white knuckled it home the 300+miles home, all the way home scared that something else was going to happened and we would end up dead,,, colonial ford told me it was a preown certified ford car, had a 30 day warranty, and gave me a sticker,it wasn't until talked to dell at colonial ford that I realized that I was a sucker,,,this is the dealership they warn u about, dell was no help, actually insulted, bullied and hung up on me when I called him on sat 6/27 from philly, on the way home I am trying to figure how the heck am I going to solve this mess, well I chose to take that lemon of a car to jannell ford in hanover, so glad I did,,,i asked shawn in the service dept for a diagnostic on the lemon, and lo and behold,,,,2 inner tie rods end were inservicable and the rear differential was leaking beyond limits, I couldn't believe it, we could have had an accident at any second from the moment of purchase, what ifs just kept going on and on in my head, I had made a $20,000 mistake at colonial,,,so, now, I want options, I want out of this lemon and away from anything to do with colonial ford,,,so now I am in jacks hands, what a difference,,,then eddie came into the picture and then joanne, I am now thinking,,,is this team of professionals really working this hard for me,,,YES THEY ARE,,finally I felt safe and secure,,,and in a real preown ford certified car, that had paperwork to prove it, a real warranty not 30days, from shawn in service, to jack and eddie in sales and then joanne in finance,,what an dfference,,,papa and I where treated with respect, this is where we should have gone in the first place,,,and the next time we purchase a car this is the dealership to go to, they are honest and respectful. from stem to stern a real professional dealership where the customers concerns and safety do come first, my car pymt is a bit higher but I could not put a price on peace of mind when safety of ourselves and grandkids are in the car, don't make my mistake, don't white knuckle your driving experience ,,don't go anywhere else,,,go to jannells, they will take good care of you,,, More

We live in Taunton and traveled to Jannell Ford in Hanover because of the great reputation this dealership has. I am a nurse at South Shore Hospital and many of my fellow employees recommended Jannell Ford. Eddie Clark was outstandingl very accommodating and professional. We could not have asked for better. He went above and beyond to help us. Jack and Joanne were great too! Jack was very knowledgeable in the vehicle. He is the best car salesman I have ever had to deal with!!! Joanne also went above and beyond to find us the best interest rate. We really appreciate all their help. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a new car!!!
