I worked with Ed Clark several years ago and purchased a 2008 Expedition at Jannell. I not only found him knowledgable but easy to work with and genuinely interested in my needs. I returned recently to purc 2008 Expedition at Jannell. I not only found him knowledgable but easy to work with and genuinely interested in my needs. I returned recently to purchase a new 2013 Edge SEL (Loaded), great deal. Ed had been promoted to Sales Manager, without question he was the reason I returned to Jannell. Ed introduced me to both Art and Jack who were excellent to work with and made my recent purchase easy. I find Jannell Ford to the type of dealership that wants to earn your business and loyalty. We just bought a 2013 Escape--beautiful!! We have owned 5 Ford vehicles, all bought brand new over the years. This is our 1st sale at Jannell Ford. We were pleased with the people at Jannells. This was my second Ford purchase from Jannell. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else! Talk about a TEAM! They pulled together and made my purchase happen (we had a few obstacles to hurdle ove wouldn't think about going anywhere else! Talk about a TEAM! I'm still on Cloud Nine after buying my 2012 Ford Focus. Jack was my salesperson & I liked him instantly. No sales gimmick, just a salt of the earth kind of guy.
