THE BAD!! This was my ninth car I purchased in 36 years. My last vehicle was purchased via email. While I understand the sales person is attempting to get the best deal, I don't enjoy the dog and pony show My last vehicle was purchased via email. While I understand the sales person is attempting to get the best deal, I don't enjoy the dog and pony show of running back and forth. I provide the offer and if the offer can't be met, we move on and part ways. To keep running back and forth is ridiculous and a waste of time. Having two and three people to say the same thing looking to get a different result is INSANE! THE GOOD! George Varga (didn't see his name in the list) was my salesperson and I commend him for working me into his busy Saturday. Although I was called to come in, I didn't make an appointment and just showed up. Coco started the process but didn't finish because he understood I was George's lead. I too may add that Coco was very courteous and accommodating as I waited for George. Again George was great with working me into the mix of his busy day. Roman saved the day in getting me the financing option that I was willing to accept based on my terms. I was ready to walk out to my freshly clean vehicle that I was trading, but Roman worked to get the deal sealed. SUMMARY - While I give George and Roman FIVE STARS, overall, the dealership will get a FAIR because, all buyers are not created equal and the sellers must recognize and respect the various types of buyers, especially experienced buyers. Would I come back. . . absolutely and would expect another level of respect for an experienced buyer. More
