Working at Cortese Ford has shown me how easy the service experience can be for customers and that's what I enjoy most about working here. A friendly, helpful dealership Every time I entered the showroom, I was greeted, escorted to the desk and offered coffee, tea or water. My salesman, Jack, may have been the youngest Every time I entered the showroom, I was greeted, escorted to the desk and offered coffee, tea or water. My salesman, Jack, may have been the youngest one there, but he was very knowlegeable and helpful. My 2020 Ford Fusion is a new breed of car. It doesn't have a stick for the gears (it has a dial), or a key to start the engine. It has many other innovations which were all new to me. Jack spent a lot of time with me, both on the day I test drove the car and the day I picked it up, to explain the new features and make sure I was comfortable with them and the car. On the day I picked up the car, while Jack was off attending to details, the manager, Shane Chapin, to visit, make sure I was satisfied and wish me the best with my new vehicle. My previous car, a Mercury Milan, was purchased from Cortese. I have visited their service department for years and have always been welcomed and treated like an old friend. I am delighted to write that the sales department is just as wonderful. Joann More

Complete Fiasco This process started off good. The sales staff was friendly and helpful but as soon as things started to go wrong their attitude towards us turned con This process started off good. The sales staff was friendly and helpful but as soon as things started to go wrong their attitude towards us turned confrontational and they were no longer helpful. My wife actually had our sales man laugh in her face as she was trying to work with them to get my daughters car fixed only days after purchasing. Then the paperwork for the Ziebart package we purchase came with the wrong address on it only to find out that there was a girl with the same name as my daughter at the address listed on the paperwork. I have tried to work with the dealership to get this corrected but the Sales manager has now gone radio silent on me and will not respond in any way. The last this is that this was my daughters first purchase and this was all suppose to be in her name but they screwed that up also and now the car loan has been put in my name and the only way to correct it is to do a new loan application and that would be another strike on my and my daughters credit so that we can get yet another screw up by this dealership. I have never had such a bad experience purchasing a vehicle. They are the typical great until the sale is over and then just cut you loose and you have to deal with the problems on your own after that. This all comes after we let them know we would be back to get a new car for my wife but that will not be happening now. I would rather take my business somewhere else. Save your time find another dealership that will treat you right. More

Daughters first car We made an appointment to view and test drive a vehicle at the dealership but when we arrived we found out that the car had just been sold. The sales manager David came over and apologized and said they would work with us to make it right by us, AND THEY DID! They worked to find a car that was as close to the original as you could get, only real difference was the color of the car. Jack Hawes our salesman was great and easy to work with. We will return to purchase from this dealership again. More

I love the vehicle, don't love the service. Purchased a 2015 Ford Focus ST. Absolutely love the car... The issue lies with the shady worksman ship of the employees. The car has a cracked windshi Purchased a 2015 Ford Focus ST. Absolutely love the car... The issue lies with the shady worksman ship of the employees. The car has a cracked windshield, a bent rim, and had un-usable brakes all of which was left for me to repair rather than being fixed when asked within the week of purchase. I was told that I bent the rim and that there was nothing to be done... I was told the windshield would be looked at, which never happened. And I was told the brakes are an as is, although the vehicle had a fresh inspection with pads that had 15% pad left. I think this place has great potential if they would put more into customer satisfaction rather than profit made. And also Jack Hawes was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Everything beyond him began to crumble. More
