Lost the keys to my truck and wasn’t notified they were indeed lost until I showed up at the dealership to find out when my truck would be ready for pick up. Allows you to book service with shuttle, but doesn't have a shuttle, and doesn't offer anything except an apology to make up for it after you only find out after arriving. There is little to no communication between the service advisor and customer. We have had several vehicles there and have waited over 2 weeks before they are looked at. I have one vehicle that was there advisor and customer. We have had several vehicles there and have waited over 2 weeks before they are looked at. I have one vehicle that was there for an issue since June 23, and got back without the complaint repaired. It is still there on September 17, and I can not get a service advisor on the phone to ask for the progress on this vehicle. More
