I was treated with great respect by Jack Hojnacki who is by far the finest car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure with which to work. I knew that I wanted to purchase an X-5 and I knew from Consumer R by far the finest car salesperson I have ever had the pleasure with which to work. I knew that I wanted to purchase an X-5 and I knew from Consumer Reports it was an excellent vehicle. I was not really sure what options would be best and Jack was able to wisk me through that process painlessly. He knew his product well and was excited about what he was selling. I suppose it helped that we were off similar vintage and there was no BS. “Just the Facts ma’am!” It was great. He seemed to even know when the ordered product would arrive and kept me in the loop as to its manufacture and delivery. It was an excellent experience. I doubt that Jack needs the kudos given his expertise, but I feel he did more than an excellent job throughout my entire experience. More
