We recently leased a 2019 Avalon and the process of doing so had to be one of the most positive purchasing/leasing experiences we have ever gone through. We were warmly greeted by Jack Jackson upon arrival with a nice handshake. This is one of my personal barometers indicating the salesperson has engaged with me. We told him we were in a “looking” mode, trying to acquire details about several models. That did not deter his enthusiasm. one bit. Jack was most informative, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and comfortable “like an old shoe!!! I would like to add here that we came from a near-by dealership, very disheartened by the way we were treated. The contrast between the other dealership and Phillips was incredible! We then had the opportunity to meet with Mike Kuhn and exchange information…another great handshake!!! We enjoyed his sincerity regarding several options. From there we were introduced to Dennis Jacinto who made our massive paper signing easy and seamless. And guess what? ANOTHER great handshake!!!! We learned a lot from Dennis and chose leasing a vehicle versus buying outright, a first for us and definitely the way to go! After looking at several choices over a number of weeks — and calling Jack with questions as they occurred to me — I realized the C-HR really was the car for me. Once I arrived at the dealership, Jack took over and made me feel comfortable and well looked after. He made sure every detail was attended to. After the paperwork was finished, he helped me gather all the junque I had accumulated in my trade-in ... and even paired my phone with my new car as part of a mini-inservice. The C-HR has a wealth of techno features and Jack took care to walk me through the main ones so I would be comfortable right away. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me with my car buying experience and will gladly recommend Jack to anybody I know who is considering a Toyota! More

He's very knowledgeable about the RAV4 and told me about free maintenance during my lease, roadside assistance and lifetime powertrain warranty. Jack worked out a really great deal which allowed me to drive home the same day in a beautiful new red Toyota RAV4! WOW! More

Jack Jackson - Thank you! There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation.
