Jack was great. He also had to order a part for a tire hub. After not getting an answer, he invited me to walk with him to physically order the part. Since the dealership is under a heavy reconstruction, I can see why he goes the extra mile to get things done. I went in 2 days back to do a recall item and the part was put on then also.
