I dealt with Jack McVey, who was extremely helpful and patient with me as I tried to decide between an SUV, sedan or keeping my current car. He let me test drive several vehicles to help me make my decision. I have to say that I did take almost a week to decide and Jack was there to answer any questions I had during the process. When I finally made the decision to lease a new Legacy, Jack and Traci were very friendly and efficient in handling all the paperwork and delivering my new vehicle. This is my first Subaru. I am very happy with it so far and would highly recommend working with Jack McVey and Traci Roberts. More

I came in looking for a Subaru BRZ as I've always had my soft spot for Subarus. I never imagined that they had a lovely 370z that was kept in pristine condition. Jack McVey was very patient and helped me through the car selection process and wasn't afraid to speak his mind, telling me that albeit my car being lovely, it would like be somewhat impractical. Luckily I had another car otherwise Jack probably wouldn't let me take it off the lot. Keep up the great work! More

Excellent car buying experience Friends took me to this dealership since they have purchased three vehicles at Tucson Subaru. Jack, the salesman my friends use, could not have been more helpful. I had already built my car on the Subaru website and knew they didn't have a match in stock. After searching the country for a potential dealer trade to get my exact car, Jack said it would have to be factory built and could arrive mid-late May. Well, I had the car buying bug then, not later. Jack was able to move me up from an Imprezza to a Legacy, well equipped, for only about $1000 more than my custom built would have cost. Needless to say, I am one very happy customer! Jack's sales technique was no pressure, just a commitment to make me happy with my new car. This is the kind of experience all car buyers should have but often don't have. More
