Best Service Team in the Valley! I want to preface this review by stating that I have had experiences with several other vehicle dealerships in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and locat I want to preface this review by stating that I have had experiences with several other vehicle dealerships in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and locations in other areas within the country and none have ever surpassed the professionalism, kindness, wealth of information, and collective capacity of customer service that I received at Certified Benz and Beemer. My particular contact with Jack Schneider (the owner) and all of the other wonderful employees at Certified Benz and Beemer was definitely not for a 'normal' car buying experience, but I want to solidify why you shouldn't go anywhere else for your purchase of a luxury vehicle (or any vehicle they have for sale on their lot). When you first drive onto the property - whether its to park and survey their impressive inventory of new and used vehicles, or you're driving into the service lanes where you'll be greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable service advisor to assist you with service and repairs - you immediately receive the impression you've entered a family environment and are surrounded by people who are there to help you; not pressure you into an uncomfortable car buying experience, but arm you with the knowledge you need to make an informed decision you can feel great about. Steve Ede, the shop foreman who oversees the CB&B Service Department, is a wonderfully knowledgeable and amiable man. Luxury vehicles such as BMW, Audi, and Mercedes Benz, are great vehicles to own and drive, however they require a very specific and experienced hand in maintenance. The team at CB&B (and Steve especially) have an abundance of the necessary experience to take great care of your luxury and/or German-made vehicle. After having my vehicle serviced at CB&B I can assure you that your service experience will be a positive one. The owner of the dealership, Jack Schneider, is a friendly and kind individual who you can immediately recognize as an honest businessman. Its reasonable to be wary of any sales atmosphere you may encounter as a consumer, but Jack's genuine demeanor and straightforward approach confirms that you're in good hands. And please take my word for it: my specific experience with Jack and the family at Certified Benz and Beemer has given me a unique perspective on just how incredible these people truly are. They are more than deserving of your business and patronage and you would definitely do well to seek them out if you're looking for a new car.
