I purchased a 2007 Mercedes S550 from the dealership about a year ago. I had problems with the vehicle and spoke with the owner expressing frustration. Most dealerships would probably have not have been so accommodating but customer satisfaction is very important to them. I worked with salesman Alex to select a new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent several hours with my wife and I reviewing inventory and arranging test drives. We selected a 2011 BMW 335i. We love the car and were very pleased with the quick resolution and helpful service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used luxury car. More

The owner, Jack Schneider, the salesman Danny Quintana, the credit manager Chris Barone; each went far beyond my reasonable expectations for excellent service and care and effort and delivered a car, a 2011 Mercedes-Benz E350 Cabriolet convertible, with which I am so truly happy that I simply must say sincere THANKS to the Benz & Beemer family and my highest recommendation to all those individuals who are considering buying a high quality vehicle at a shockingly good price. Once again, Jack and his crew come through for me and my family! Certified Benz and Beemer is the easiest dealership in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to work with in all of my years of buying cars...and truc family! You may think this is a set up due to my previous and very recent review for these guys, but it's not! I have, in fact, gone back to the same place to buy a second car...which in my experience is never the case. I usually have magnetic signs made for my newly purchased vehicle warning people about the dealership that just took advantage of me...not kidding! Danny Quintana is, until proven otherwise, the most honest, up front and frank person, friend and dealer in the business. He told me "if you can get it cheaper over there, then go, my friend"! But when nothing else worked out, he sat me down and just talked with me about what I wanted to pay and what I really needed in a vehicle. Without hesitation, he showed me 2 luxury vehicles that he thought I would be interested in. The gorgeous Lexus GX470 is now sitting in my drive way. Certified Benz and Beemer is a joy, no kidding, a joy to work with. If you are honest and up front with what you want, they will be the same with you and what they can provide. I cannot speak for every sales person there, but Danny, I have your back! I cannot end this review without giving accolade to Maurice in the service department! We made an appointment for my husband's car for routine maintenance and a door handle issue based on the fact that they would have a loaner vehicle for me. Maurice made sure there was a car waiting for me and my 3 kids when I showed up in the pouring rain...it was a smooth and painless transaction! We are excited to get our 7 series back with everything fixed and clean, as they also wash and detail the car with every service (for free)! Bonus!! Purchasing a car of any status is usually number one on anyone's list of things they hate to do. Not for us. My husband doesn't even mind going in to sign papers since he knows nothing is going to be a surprise! In my experience, I have never had any hidden charges and the numbers are exactly the same as what we talked about. I hope this helps you in this crazy world in this crazy business. This was the worst car buying experience of my life, these people give Mercedes and Chevrolet a bad name... They will promise you the world, "yeah we can get you in that car" and they will, it's called these people give Mercedes and Chevrolet a bad name... They will promise you the world, "yeah we can get you in that car" and they will, it's called "Yo-Yo Financing" they will get you in whatever car you like and then over the next TWO WEEKS they will run your credit umpteen times and then they call you and tell you no go you will have to return the vehicle. After all this running of your credit do not expect to go somewhere else and get a car, way too many hard inquiries on my credit now... Then the owner tells me "well look at it this way, you got to drive a cool car fro a couple weeks and now you get yours back all cleaned up and full of gas" well when i got my car back it was filthy and on empty! These people will tell you anything you want to hear, they lie! Not to mention when i asked the owner "Well can i just keep it until the weekend is over and we will take care of this Monday", he tells me "Absolutely not, if you do not return the car today i will keep your down payment, keep your traded car and report the new car stolen!" a straight up threat... So obviously i complied, he tells me" someone will be out with your car and drive the corvette back to the dealership". After many hours of waiting the kid finally showed up with my traded car (a 2013 Camaro) he then left with the Corvette and took it back to the dealership. I get a call a few hours later asking if the Corvette had been in a wreak! I tell him "No way, i only had it 2 weeks and didn't even get to take it out of town, only to work and back, he then goes on to tell me the front end is loose and there is a scratch in the hood... Feakn shady people work at this place, and the shadiest seemed to be the owner... Not to mention the finance guy Arron, he told me the previous dealership i bought my Camaro, he tells me they are crooks and he knows that because he used to work there, well then i see the paperwork to sign to leave with the car. They added like $10,000 to the price of the car i was buying! He tells me "this is just how it always is so the banks don't ask questions" see what i mean about shady people work here... Save yourself some time and save yourself the emotional distress and do not buy a vehicle here, you will regret it! More

I have never had such a fantastic experience buying a car, and I have purchased at least 50 cars. I was able to tell them what I wanted, we looked at several cars, and I was able to make a choice withou car, and I have purchased at least 50 cars.
