The reason is that they have the most complete inventory of great cars. It is a candy store for men. Besides the cars, I am treated respectfully and have my questions answered with no pressure.. WORST Dealership experience Certified Benz and Beemer! The problem started with the salesman while test driving cars took my wife who is a DOCTOR, out for a test drive after finishing work at the hospital. The problem started with the salesman while test driving cars took my wife who is a DOCTOR, out for a test drive after finishing work at the hospital. She mentioned being tired and he asked if she was exhausted from spending her whole day shopping. This car salesman was hilariously horrible. He didn't know how to use the computer to check inventory. He didn't know what model car he was showing us. He had no idea how to put the car into Park. He left his medication wrappers on his desk. Then when he calls in the manager to help him and after he leaves the room to pull up the car the manager says, so what do you think of him? You can be honest... After that needless to say I changed salesmen. They tell me they have inspected the car and it is in perfect condition. So I take the car to AAA to be inspected. The engine exhaust is hanging from the bottom of the car and needs to be welded back. There is also a piece of metal in the tire that I explained to B&B it needed to be replaced. I paid $100 for the AAA inspection that they didn't refund me. When I brought the car back they welded the exhaust and instead of replacing the tire they patched it and put it back on the car. I take the car home and not surprisingly the tire is almost flat. I drive back to B&B and ask them how long the need the car for. They say for 3-4 days. So I tell them I am going on vacation for a week where they will have the car and give them the list of items needed. I had them repair the dent in the rear bumper, Fix the cracks in the windshield Put on the Xzilon, check the headlights. I also purchase the Xzilon paint protector and GPS installation. When I come back from vacation I drive to B&B and they tell me the bumper has been repaired but nothing else has been done. The car salesman says "That's the best we could do." In fact this is the least they could do! For me the least you could do is telephone me text me or email me to let me know I won't have my car ready when I return! That way I can have a rental and let my family know we won't have a car for the next 3 days which any other dealership would have, but no one even bothered to contact me! THEN Benz & Beemer tell me they have no rental cars available. So my wife has to pick me up. So I leave my car in the hopes it will be repaired. 3 days go by and they say they are finished. I go back and apparently there is only ONE person that can install the GPS and apply the Xzillon for the car. He won't be in till 3 days later. This would be a good thing to mention BEFORE I left my car there, once again, no one Contacted me. So I go back again after another day has passed and find that the Xzillon has smears left on the car and it has of course, been sitting in the AZ sun all day. So they have to buff it out. Don't bother with this product it's just not worth the price! They kept telling me how sorry they are and apologizing for everything with a different person explaining how it is all their fault. Everyone from the sales department to the service manager. I was told the owner was coming to see me an I waited a half hour and then was told He was too busy LOL! I don't care about an apology or who is to blame! Every time I tell them all I want is the common courtesy of a phone call letting me know what is happening. They never contacted me even ONCE because NONE OF THEM KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM TILL I ARRIVED AND POINTED OUT WHAT HAD NOT BEEN DONE! This is the point of this horrible experience. Thank god I didn't need any mechanical work done to the car. I would never have known that nothing had been done. No one seems to know what anyone else is doing or if it has been done at all. They all just ASSUME everyone did their job! They say yes before thinking about the problem and will not notify you if there is a problem. NO COMMUNICATION! PLEASE Do not take your car here for ANYTHING! Tracy Weaver is Great, apparently the only brain in the place. She was the only one to actually get anything done and answer questions. Sincerely, Vince. More

5 Star I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I went in on a Tuesday night to look at trading in my car for a different one. From the time I got ther I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I went in on a Tuesday night to look at trading in my car for a different one. From the time I got there I was greeted by Danny who gave me exceptional customer service and followed up the next day with prices and quotes for my used vehicle. By Thursday I was driving off the lot in my new car and for the first time enjoyed buying a car and not having to worry about what I was investing in. Lee and Jack were also great at following up with me to see my needs were met and if I had any questions. I plan on coming back here to buy my next vehicle no questions asked. More

I took it back as they gave me the impression I had a 10 day return period. Turns out it was just an exchange period so after many wasted hours I am still without a car and they will not refund the $2,750 I have give to them. The owner, Jack, just keeps telling me to come pick up my BMW....which I said lets exchange many times to. I've gone twice and spent hours looking for something else and they have nothing so then I was told I was being difficult and my expectations were too high. NOTE: If you buy a car from these guys you must have LOW EXPECTATIONS! I strongly recommend you DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! More

Unethical and Unprofessional Actions I purchased a used Porsche from Certified Benz & Beemer. There were issues with the car that the Sales Manager, Chris Reyes, assured me would be take I purchased a used Porsche from Certified Benz & Beemer. There were issues with the car that the Sales Manager, Chris Reyes, assured me would be taken care of. Unfortunately, things began to go very wrong. As agreed, I brought the car back 5 days after purchase for the repairs and a guaranteed a loaner car. The Service Manager informed me that he was not told and that a loaner car could not be provided. They kept my car for 12 days. When I returned to pick up the car most of the items were not corrected. They did manage to put 100 MILES on it. They put me in a potential serious liability situation should something had happened. The car also had no gas. In my opinion someone took it for a joy ride. The most notable item not repaired was the rearview mirror. They did try to replace it with an aftermarket part in an attempt to repair the mirror on the cheap. The part did not work and they were forced to get the mirror from Porsche. During this same visit, at my request, I had the factory radio replaced so that I could have Sirus XM. This same manager, Chris Reyes assured me that the dealership would take care of it at their cost. I was presented with a bill of $750.00 to install a $149.00 radio. It is my belief that the dealership was attempting to recover some of their costs for the other repairs. Prior to paying the invoice, I took the car to my own vendor due to excessive engine noise coming from the radio. They informed me the radio was not wired correctly and needed to be re-done at my expense. They also said they would have installed the same radio for less than half of what the dealer was charging me. I did not pay the dealer invoice as an offset to my expense. The situation gets much worse making me believe that Certified Benz & Beemer is unethical. Day one the vehicle pulled excessively to the right. They told me this was normal but, they would re-check the alignment. When they returned the car, they said the alignment was correct. I was not satisfied. I took the car to a Porsche dealership. They let me know that there was no way the car could be aligned correctly as the right side toe arm was bent and the sub-frame was cracked. Their opinion was an apprentice tech would notice such damage. It was also their opinion that whoever did align the car was aware of the damage and they attempted to compensate by over tightening the toe arm causing the sub-frame to crack. This repair was $3,400.00. Certified Benz & Beemer did cover the cost. In my opinion they knowingly tried to hide the damage hoping that my first service at Porsche would be a number of months later and the expense would have been my problem. The owner of Certified Benz & Beemer, Jack Schneider, claimed to have no knowledge of this and that they use a third party vendor for wheel alignments. This is a joke, as whenever a company uses a vendor, they are responsible. Jack should have taken 100% responsibility. During this repair they kept the car for another 12 days, now making it 24 in my first six weeks of ownership. I was upset with the problems I was having and asked Mr. Schneider to compensate me for the loss of the use of my car and for the unexplained 100 MILES. Mr. Schneider requested a meeting. During this, two unprofessional and one unbelievably dishonest situations were communicated to me. Mr. Schneider was clearly not going to compensate me in any way other than taking care of the outrageous radio invoice. He was upset about the cost of the repairs and acted as though he did me a favor. All of the repairs should have been cared for prior to the sale. Lastly, the Sales Manager, Chris Reyes actually told Mr. Schneider that I gave my consent to drive my car. Who in their right mind would give such consent? Mr. Schneider agreed with me. Mr. Reyes blatantly lied. Yet, he is still employed at the dealership. I am not aware of any business leader who knows his managers was dishonest about a customer, and they were not dismissed from their responsibilities immediately. It is my opinion that if you are in the market for a used vehicle, you should be skeptical about Certified Benz & Beemer. You can make your own judgment based on my experience but, in my opinion this dealership, Chris Reyes, and the ownership have acted unprofessionally, unethically and dishonestly. I gave them multiple chances to be fair and make me whole, they refused. It is my opinion that you should think twice before doing business with them. More

Had a great experience and a great end to what I thought was going to be a problem. I purchased a 2005 Mercedes SL500 that had some issues that needed repair. While I did have to bring the car back to the was going to be a problem. I purchased a 2005 Mercedes SL500 that had some issues that needed repair. While I did have to bring the car back to them to repair the problem that kept coming back. They were always eager to help me and great resolve to make me happy. When it seemed evident that the problems in the Mercedes were going to cause me an ulcer, Jack Shneider and James Valentine were happy to do whatever I desired to resolve the problems. It was my choice, let them keep repairing the problem or choose a different car. I did end up exchanging the car for another choice. James Valentine and Jack were happy to work with me all with the bottom line of making me happy. I would recommend this dealership and probably will purchase from them again in the future. They have a great selection of high end cars and their prices are competitive. More

James wa Back in mid December, I made a phone call to Certified Benz & Beemer and spoke with James Valentine inquiring about the Ferrari 360 Modena. James was courteous & helpful in answering all my questions and followed up accordingly. He called me the following day and we tried to work a deal on the Ferrari and also got Chris Reyes (the sales manager ) involved. Chris was good in working the deal along with James and I ended up making the deal and buying the Ferrari from this dealership. I live in NJ & bought the car based on pics & videos and these two gentlemen made me feel comfortable & secure with the purchase even from buying accross the country. Then when it came to the shipping of car, Lee Grubbs (the General Manager) got involved and he set up transport for the vehicle right away with a reputable shipping company. All three gentlemen followed up with the sales & shipping process until the Ferrari was safely delivered to my home in NJ. Car was delivered in excellent condition with no damage. Then I dealt with Jack Schneider (the owner) regarding a service issue that he was able to resolve for me in a very professional and courteous manner. I am extremely satisfied with all aspects of doing business with Certified Benz & Beemer & give them a big "Thumbs Up"! More
