They were great to deal with, until they received my money. After that it was like pulling teeth to get a response out of them. I had to even call the car carrier directly (that they had hired) to find out where my car was and when it would be delivered. Upon receipt of the vehicle I noticed that the clutch fluid was below the low hash mark and black (in need of service) so I simply notified the service manager of this after they had reached out to me about future service and got no response. The owner however responded that they “tested the clutch fluid and it tested fine” even though I had sent photos. Tell me you know nothing without telling me you know nothing.. a simple apology would have been fine but instead he came off as a complete clown. All in all, not impressed. More
