Just purchased our third Honda from Jack Walsh. Feeling we needed to do our homework we did look at other makes, models & dealers. After getting yanked around, outright lied to, having our license held ho we needed to do our homework we did look at other makes, models & dealers. After getting yanked around, outright lied to, having our license held hostage for hours by others we made our back to Jack Walsh at North Shore Honda. Honest, forthcoming, no pressure, a straight shooter, no BS. A pleasure to work with! First car I bought from Jack I was pregnant with my son, this car, I walked in and said, He just finished his masters! Jack is family! More

I called in the day before to check inventory, discuss pricing, and book a next day viewing. I was told we could make things work and maybe negotiate. Their tune completely changed when I arrived. I showed up and tried to find someone to get to my appointment. I was passed off to someone else and they wrote a number down on a piece of paper and told me to take it or leave it. Also the inventory information I was given was completely inaccurate. Either I was lied to the day before or they sold over half their inventory in a days time. Either way, the same cars are still listed as available on their website. I have no problems with a dealership being firm on pricing, etc. However I don't appreciate the deceptive practices this dealer used to get me in the door and waste my time. I came in ready to leave with a car and left without even looking at one. More

Jack Walsh has been our salesman for years and will continue to be our salesman as long as he is with North Shore Honda. With the Corona Virus it made this car leasing experience very unique. We did not deal directly with Jack but the sales manager Jay. Jay took up right were Jack left off in making this a extremely easy and seamless experience. Jay was absolutely fantastic, I would recommend him and North Shore Honda to everyone I know. I did miss dealing with Jack Walsh though, but understand his absence due to the limitations on the dealership due to the Corona Virus. However, Jay was tremendous to deal with as well, especially how quickly he turned everything around in the midst of a pandemic. More

Internet route can be unnecessarily deceptive Received a decent quote from Corey, the Internet salesperson, so I asked to clarify the dealer fees. He dodged answering it, so I went in person. Seemed like a nice guy, fresh-out-of-college look. Was introduced to Jack Walsh, who was pleasantly straightforward and did not put any pressure on me. I was given the quote, with doc/filing fees adding up to about $350. Kind of steep. I left, and continued to shop around online. I then realized that the paper quote I was given in person was for the wrong trim, so I reached out to Corey and asked for a correction. He left a sort of condescending voicemail saying that he had given me a quote "pretty much every single time" in our communications or something along those lines. But he actually never gave me a full fees-included quote, which I had asked for from the very beginning. After this, he tried repeatedly to set up appointments and send me reminders that the car was a limited color and at risk of being sold any day - painfully obvious to anyone with half a brain. Eventually I got a solid fee-inclusive quote from another dealership and asked Corey if he could match. He said he could, but I had to press further to get him to admit that his "match" did not include any fees - so it really was not a match at all, considering their fees are over $350. That was the final straw for me, so I went with the other dealership. This kind of misleading behavior is really unnecessary and antiquated, especially with all of the knowledge that dealers know consumers can get from the Internet. I had none of this from the other dealership. More than anything I felt disrespected. More
