Jackie Mercer was straightforward, answered all my questions and found the Explorer with the color combination and features that I requested. Got it all done start to finish including finance paper questions and found the Explorer with the color combination and features that I requested. Got it all done start to finish including finance paperwork in less than 2 hours. Then he delivered my new Explorer the next day & took my 2020 trade-in back to GP Ford. He followed up with a call the next day to make sure I was pleased with the process and asked me to call him direct if any questions or issues. Jackie is a real asset to GP Ford. More
