Alison was super patient while I vacillated between 4 vehicles. She was never pushy, was very empathetic and understanding. She helped me by showing me everything (really!! lol) that could fit my needs and shortness, and she understood when I got overwhelmed. At her suggestion, I went home, came back another day and (finally) picked a vehicle!She was very professional, funny, and made the entire process fun! Awesome experience Bo was so kind and knowledgeable! I was really nervous going into the dealership because I was set on buying my first car. Bo greeted my parents and I Bo was so kind and knowledgeable! I was really nervous going into the dealership because I was set on buying my first car. Bo greeted my parents and I when we walked out of the employee parking lot (oops) he made a joke and instantly we felt comfortable with him. We told him that we were looking for a new or used Honda Civic, he then brought us right to where we needed to be on the lot. He gave us time to walk around and browse by ourselves and told us to come find him when we had questions. This was awesome because you never felt pressured or surrounded. When I decided to go for a test drive with him he was extremely knowledgeable of the Civic and pointed out all of the features. He was very patient, always willing to help and so easy to talk to. Never once did I feel pressured into getting features that I didn’t want/need. Jacky in finance was equally as friendly and patient, the process was so easy. They both truly made my experience enjoyable and I will now always refer my friends/family to Bo Rivera and Leith Honda! Thanks again Bo for helping me purchase my first car on my own! (: More
