Each person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Salesman Stanley was knowledgeable, informative and patient. Alison is all about her business. I started everything from home . I went did my test drive and everything else was history . The second we met Alison, we felt like we had been friends for years. She was so calm, easy going and knowledgeable not only about all things Honda (and Leith Honda), but about cars in general and was friends for years. She was so calm, easy going and knowledgeable not only about all things Honda (and Leith Honda), but about cars in general and was able to talk to us about the market and industry as it related to our purchase. Buying a new car was a huge decision for our family and she truly made us feel like she understood that and did not make us feel like it was just a transaction. She kept in consistent contact with us prior to the arrival of the car, giving us updates as she received them and has reached out to us multiple times since our purchase to make sure we were satisfied and see if we have any questions. It has been a pure joy working with her. Her entrepreneurial mind certainly puts her in a category in my mind of role model for women and girls, I felt empowered talking to her. More

Alison is the best. I contacted her to let her know what we were looking for and she didn't have any in stock, but added me to the list for an incoming car. About a week I contacted her to let her know what we were looking for and she didn't have any in stock, but added me to the list for an incoming car. About a week later, a car became available and she texted me to let me know. The process was very easy and she was great at explaining everything about the car. The only negative experience was with the business manager, Jacky who spoke to me in a very degrading and unprofessional way when I declined the warranty coverage. If you are in the market for a car, Alison is the best. More

The financial manager - Jacky Hwang was extemely pushy and rude when I purchased the car. Months later, I needed to reach out regarding an issue the DMV was seeing with the registration and he was not hel and rude when I purchased the car. Months later, I needed to reach out regarding an issue the DMV was seeing with the registration and he was not helpful at all, and hung up on me. He is the reason I would not recommend this dealership. The salesmen I worked with however, were absolutely great. More
