My wife and I were in the market to purchase a newer model SUV, and at the last minute we decided to stop by Leith Honda dealership in Raleigh, NC. While at the dealership Ms. Brandi Swann took the init model SUV, and at the last minute we decided to stop by Leith Honda dealership in Raleigh, NC. While at the dealership Ms. Brandi Swann took the initiative to politely introduce herself to my wife and me. She then proceeded to answer all of our questions. She also set us up to take a test drive in a CR V which we subsequently purchased. The entire experience for both my wife and I were totally positive. Ms. Swann was a total professional. I also want to acknowledge Ms. Swann's boss, Dani who went out of her way to guide me thru the vehicle's detailing process and helped me understand my warrantees. Also, Mr. Collins explained in detail how the vehicle's interior and exterior coating is applied, and how the coating provides the vehicle with added protection for the life of the vehicle. Lastly, Mr. Hwang provided me with important information which helped me make informed financial decisions. More
