The second we met Alison, we felt like we had been friends for years. She was so calm, easy going and knowledgeable not only about all things Honda (and Leith Honda), but about cars in general and was friends for years. Buying a new car was a huge decision for our family and she truly made us feel like she understood that and did not make us feel like it was just a transaction.
