The only negative experience was with the business manager, Jacky who spoke to me in a very degrading and unprofessional way when I declined the warranty coverage. The financial manager - Jacky Hwang was extemely pushy and rude when I purchased the car. Months later, I needed to reach out regarding an issue the DMV was seeing with the registration and he was not hel and rude when I purchased the car. Months later, I needed to reach out regarding an issue the DMV was seeing with the registration and he was not helpful at all, and hung up on me. He is the reason I would not recommend this dealership. The salesmen I worked with however, were absolutely great. More
