I am happy to report that even after the sale Jacob was excellent in communication and response time! He was extremely thorough in helping with the sale and was respectful of our time (we were there with two little ones!). The entire dealership was courteous to the fact that we had little kids and tried to get us in and out as fast as possible! I chose Volvo for the customer service and happy to say that they have not disappointed! More
