I went to another dealer much closer to home and I was disappointed in the service., The service provided by Jacob Kapolka was excellent so we decided to stay with him and Mercedes- Benz of Hoffman Estate disappointed in the service., The service provided by Jacob Kapolka was excellent so we decided to stay with him and Mercedes- Benz of Hoffman Estates. Jacob provided the service that we expected and very much appreciated. We also had a minor problem with the car 2 days after purchase . We "dropped in" to service where Robert Fragosa and his staff efficiently and pleasantly solved our problem. More

Horrible options for financing as they only allow in house financing. They do not accept Navy Federal or USAA which made trying to make a deal extremely difficult. The terms and conditions were not fa house financing. They do not accept Navy Federal or USAA which made trying to make a deal extremely difficult. The terms and conditions were not favorable especially when a Navy Federal is close in the area. More

Jacob Kapolka (sales) and Michael Spooner (finance) were great with a remote purchase on a hard to find car with low miles. They made for a comfortable purchase from long distance based on photos, videos and good communication. Highly recommend them if you’re considering. Further, their mechanic’s recommendations on my used car were all addressed prior to the car going up for sale (in my case - new tires, brake pads and rotors). I feel that I found a great car at an appropriate price and with excellent service and communication. Thanks guys! More
