I joined the Manly family in September of 2019 and have never been happier in my entire life. I am grateful for the opportunity that was given to me. Before this life change I cared for a gentleman with a developmental disability for a year and a half. At the same time I was a Loan Officer for two and a half years. The outdoors is where I feel at home. Once a year going camping, and swimming in the ocean is what I call the perfect vacation.

Highly recommend Jacob Knight. Very transparent with best selling price- no other dealership I came across would easily tell me their best selling price over email or text. Trade-in process was relatively painless. I was prepared with my own financing through my credit union but the dealer offered a lower interest rate I could not turn down. No pressure to buy additional coverage or warranties; the only time I worked with a person from financing was when signing all the paperwork online. Jacob kept me posted via text when the car I wanted was sold to someone else, and he was available at later hours when I thought he was done working for the day- very much appreciated his work. More

Jacob Knight was wonderful to work with, but every time I deal with Manly Honda I remember why I don’t know like Manly Honda. Purchasing the vehicle was easy. Getting my accessories installed was another iss deal with Manly Honda I remember why I don’t know like Manly Honda. Purchasing the vehicle was easy. Getting my accessories installed was another issue. Two hours to install door guards is absolutely insane. It should take 15 mins. I have had nothing but problems with Manly’s service center. More

Everything was good, but the price of the vehicle (I'd already wired the money, and I was to get that vehicle that day) was different than I was quoted. What was forgotten was the Pilot's color added, whe already wired the money, and I was to get that vehicle that day) was different than I was quoted. What was forgotten was the Pilot's color added, wheel locks, and tow package. They were added on, and after an extensive back and forth negotiation, we decided on a fair nominal final price I was to put out. But this takes nothing away from working with Jacob Knight. He was very easy to work with and thorough. More
