But my recent experience with Lou Sobh Honda has changed my perspective. The team, from floor sales to management to finance to service/parts are top-notch and really do place the customer as their #1 concern. Joe, Jacob, and Bob all made the purchase experience pain-free and quick...in and out in less than an hour total across 2 visits. Joe's attitude was so upbeat and infectious, and he was willing to satisfy all my demands (thanks for taking off the dealer decal off the back, Joe!). The online credit application saved a lot of time, and Bob's no-nonsense approach to financing and deal add-ons was hassle-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will buy from them again! More
