Smooth Everything went smooth and easy. Placed a order w Chen and Jacob and waited around a month for our family car to come in. Chan called when it arrived Everything went smooth and easy. Placed a order w Chen and Jacob and waited around a month for our family car to come in. Chan called when it arrived and I told him to get paperwork ready for me and my wife. So when my wife and I went and signed papers dealt with finance and was gone in less than two hours. That was a busy Friday as well. Very nice and smooth. That's why my family has bought 4 cars from Lou Sobh. More

Excelsior!! We are a Honda family. A Fit, Pilot and now a brand new HR-V. Or as we like to refer to it, The Harvey. This was our first experience with Lou Sobh We are a Honda family. A Fit, Pilot and now a brand new HR-V. Or as we like to refer to it, The Harvey. This was our first experience with Lou Sobh and it was a painless one. They made us feel welcome right when we showed up. Herve our salesman was knowledgable and very easy to work with. He didn't make us feel pressured in anyway to buy during our time at Lou Sobh. He made us feel comfortable and he helped guide us to making the perfect decision. We came back the very next day and we struck a deal to trade in our versatile 2009 Fit. That'll do Fit, that'll do. Would totally do it again when the time comes for a brand new Honda. Very interested in the CR-V... or as we like to refer to it, The Dana Carvey. More
