Excellent car buying experience As a woman, I was hesitant to begin car shopping without a man by my side. (this is after all, my vehicle, my questions, my choices) My first visit As a woman, I was hesitant to begin car shopping without a man by my side. (this is after all, my vehicle, my questions, my choices) My first visit to Lou Sobh had me dealing with Jacob Lawson who treated me with respect. He KNEW the product, had answers for each and every one of my questions. Unlike other dealers, he did not pressure me or pester me by calling/emailing on a daily basis. Dealing with everyone at Lou Sobh was easy, quick, and made the car buying experience trouble free, headache free. The showroom is beautiful, the service department state-of-the art. The years I will spend in this vehicle and the time I spend maintaining my vehicle will not be torture. Thank you, Lou Sobh for this dealership and not only the convenience to my home, but for the quality personnel you have staffed there. More

Reliable and quick! Working with Jacob Lawson by internet and phone was a pleasure. He had everything ready so we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The best car buying experience ever I have always hated going to dealers especially after my worst experience with Toyota Mall of Georgia. BUT LouSobh just changed my view on delaerships. the are a wonderful dealership and do not push you to buy something you do not want to buy. They are very honest and very true to what they say. We worked with Jacob for our car. And he has been working with me for over an year on this and was never pushy. The best thing I like about Jacob is that even after he made the sale he was very courteous and friendly. Most delaers would treat you like dirt once you have bought the car. Lou Sohb is not one of those dealers. They treat you the same even after you buy the car. If you have to buy a car, I would suggest you go to Lou Sohb and ask for Jacob. More

Easy 2015 Odyssey RES purchase Wife wanted a van, Husband wanted a new SUV. The wife won. I couldn't pass up this deal. I was just 'testing the waters' using the Edmonds price promi Wife wanted a van, Husband wanted a new SUV. The wife won. I couldn't pass up this deal. I was just 'testing the waters' using the Edmonds price promise program to get a quick online quote on a new Odyssey. I was surprised and very happy with the quote and received an email from Jacob first thing in morning. We swapped a few emails regarding what I was looking for and information on my trade-in. I set up a test drive for 3PM. Test drove the van, talked price of Odessey, talked value of trade-in, talked financing and agreed fairly quickly on the sale. Easy transaction. Jacob was very knowledgable about the van. Very friendly. Not pushy. No ultimatiums. My only negative is there was a lot of waiting with the back and forth to the manager for approvals but it was expected. It did cross my mind that I was being made to wait hoping that I'd just agree sooner than later but wasn't a big deal. No proof. Just my opnion. They were pretty busy that day. Also, I visited them the week before to take a look at the van. A person walking the lot asked if I needed any help. I said yes. I looked at the vehicle and told him I'd come back to test drive it and I gave him my info. I never heard back from him. More
