Overheard multiple conversations from GM and Sales Manager talking negatively about customers in the show room loud enough to where customers could hear (clear lack of care). Upon purchasing a car, they tried to give the keys over without a detail. Zero customer service presence - all sales mindset overwhelmingly obvious at this location.
