I was first introduced to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills through their aftermarket sales team, as they had an unbeatable offer for adding a cellular remote start system to my car. After scheduling the appointment for the remote starter installation, I realized that I would also need my 15,000 mile service completed around that same time. After bringing this to the attention of the aftermarket sales team, they introduced me to one of their award-winning service consultants, Anna Chmielewska, who worked with them to coordinate the remote starter installation and 15,000-mile service. Everything was seamless, and I vowed to be a return customer. Their dedication to providing their customers with the best experience imaginable couldn’t be more apparent and genuine.
