Steve made the buying experience, which can be long and tedious, enjoyable. He was very patient with us as we test drove many vehicles and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was always professional and courteous. Jake and Garrett did a great job walking us through the financial aspect of the purchase experience. Jalin was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations of the many, many features of the car and offered his assistance if we needed any further explanations or assistance with accessorizing the car. He answered any questions I had, showed me multiple cars on the lot, was very consistent in letting me know about new cars that showed up, etc. Finally started the paperwork at the end of November. Wasn't able to get the car when I sat down to do the paperwork (at no fault of the dealership, just my unpreparedness), but they were patient and waited another week till I had everything ready. Jacob in finance was great. Mina delivered the car and did a fantastic job setting everything up. John was willing to deliver the keys to me at midnight, went above and beyond as a salesman. The service department is God-sent. Especially the service manager Antonio and the service advisor Eric K. Incredible people to work with. More
