Eric, the Sales Manager (didn’t catch his name), Jacob, and Assad went above and beyond to make me feel truly special. This was the best experience ever I’ve had at a car dealership by far. Eric pulled the used cars I was interested in inside so that we could look at them in the warm indoors. Earlier that day (Mar 1), I drove from OH and was having a “long” day overall. I have to say that I wasn’t on my best behavior that evening yet Eric never lost his cool and was very courteous and helpful. When it was looking like the closing time was coming up, Eric and the Sales Manager offered that I take the car home for a day to see how I like it and discuss with my wife. I actually ended up buying the car that same night (they stayed open until 10PM for me) so I didn’t take them up on their offer but the gesture was appreciated nonetheless. They were so upfront with me price wise that the “negotiations” were minimal and stressless. They got me out of there in record time. Jacob made the financing portion of the process as seamless as I’ve ever seen. The extended warranty package I purchased was reasonably priced and made sense, I’m glad I bought it. Assad did a great job delivering the vehicle. He also helped me select some reasonably priced accessories. Eric in Parts was nothing but helpful when I managed to forget the wiper blades I just bought a few days later. By the way, the blades were half the price compared to a dealer in Lake County. I do not want to mention names, but will say that this dealer is head and shoulders above the other guys in the Chicago area. They secure great talent and motivate them to take care of the customer. I will recommend the Infiniti of Clarendon Hills to everyone I know. Keep up the good work! More

We saw an SUV advertised online and called to see if it was still available. When entering the building my breath was immediately taken away by the beautiful decor and friendly staff that was willing to help. This was a huge suprise as I had already predetermined to have my guard up to battle off pushy sales people that would work on their agenda instead of mine. Even though I went in with many negative thoughts this dealership completely changed my mood about car shopping! They were absolutely fantastic to work with and should train others how to make a deal. By listening to the customer and treating them with the highest level of kindness and cutting out the back and forth from finance to managers warranties "...for a little bit more you could have what you really love" etc They cut out all the garbage and got us in and out with the car we came in to look at! Thank you so much for everything! We will be more than happy to refer others to you and stop back in for car buying needs in the future. The level of service that we received during the purchase of our Infiniti was nothing short of top notch!!! When we walked into the dealership we were warmly greeted by Peter Korallus (who we later found ou of our Infiniti was nothing short of top notch!!! We described to Jeff what we were looking for in a car and he said he had just the car for us. Sure enough he did and around a G37XS. After the test drive we sat down with Jeff and he went over the benefits that come with buying an Infiniti. Although we told him we weren't purchasing a car that night, he was kind enough to stay late to answer the questions we had. Sure enough we were back that Saturday and purchased the car. Jeff is a straight shooter which made the purchasing process very smooth and enjoyable. He saw the deal through from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We worked with Jacob Lubinski to wrap up payment/warranty and he was a pleasure to work with. The dealership was modern, clean and provided great hospitality.
