I had an amazing experience with Jacob Martin and David at Galleria BMW. This was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever had and I will be buying all my cars here even though I’m on the opposite coast. Jake answered all my questions quickly and went above and beyond with sending me photos and videos since I’m out of state. He is extremely polite and helpful and made this such a nice process for me. Unfortunately I had my vehicle shipped to me by a freight carrier and they totaled it before I ever got to drive it, but I plan on buying the same BMW from Jake when I get my insurance check and Galleria BMW gets a similar car in. Overall I can’t say enough good things about the entire process here and I will be a lifelong buyer just because of how easy it was without any pressure at all. Thank you! More
