Long service! It took an hour and a half to do just a basic oil change, which is awfully long, especially when I had an appointment. The service was good though! Friendly, open and straight forward When buying a car from any group do your research, pick out a few cars, new or used, check them out and know what the market expectation is (price, wa When buying a car from any group do your research, pick out a few cars, new or used, check them out and know what the market expectation is (price, warranty, etc) I called in and found the vehicle I was interested in and they matched the price and had it delivered from another dealership in the Darrow group the same day, on top of it being a weekend, we were able to drive the car home that same evening within hours of first calling. I would personally say that the experience and customer service are just a few reasons we have had return visits, and even transferred vehicles for purchase to this group. Wally is an experienced associate, and pays great attention to detail. Brandon is one of the nicest managers I have worked with. It is always a pleasure working with this team. I also want to give a shout out to Jacob, who works in the service Department. He is possibly one of the best adviser's I have worked with in the KIA family. More
