I was traveling across the country and had an on going problem with the car. I asked them to install a sensor at my request. Jacob and Bryan have worked extra to ensure that I was actually taken care of. After two failed maintenance visits where the problem was not solved, they worked with me each time to ensure a loaner and ke actually taken care of. It was the 3rd trip before their techs figured out what was wrong with my car, but these two had patience and worked with me each time I needed to come back in. More
