For what was done, I give 5 stars. As my 1st new car, fresh off the showroom floor, I anticipated being treated like a new car customer, being that I have sold new cars myself. Came in As my 1st new car, fresh off the showroom floor, I anticipated being treated like a new car customer, being that I have sold new cars myself. Came in for my first oil change and there was snow on the ground, cold outside. I asked for a car to go grab a bite while I wait and I was told I could just walk to a nearby place. I have been having issues with remote start, I brought that up at the time and no resolution other than showing me they know how to use the feature. Also, a cabin light has not been working for a couple months and to be a new car, VERY DISAPPOINTING. But the kicker is you want to keep my vehicle for 4-5 days and never mentioned a loaner for me. I AM NOT IMPRESSED YET... WHEN DO I GET TO FEEL LIKE I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW VEHICLE OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR? My boy Mario has been wonderful and I am sure if I would've mentioned this stuff to Brian (in service), he would've got me right. I wanted to give who was helping me a chance to get it right the 1st service visit. More
