I basically paid over $200 for nothing. They didn’t change my oil, fix my brakes, changed any fluids. I was onsite for over 3 hours and then they tried to give me a bill for possible fixes for over $1000 for a new vehicle I just bought a few months ago. That to me is a scam. I like my GMC Terrain but I will NEVER go back to the dealer for service, I’d rather go to the corner mechanic who gives way better quality services for a far more reasonable cheaper price. Now I see why all GMC service centers are always EMPTY!!! It’s a RIP OFF!!!! More
