This is my 15th new purchase and 11th black vehicle, so I’ve experienced good and bad throughout the years but now, I have experienced an “outstanding”. I arrived at the dealership later in the evening and felt bad for keeping Felix Giles in “Sales”, Jackie our “Sales Manager” and Ari our “Finance Guy” late shutting down the place but they hung in there without a gripe. I had a problem with the new sprinter van at the service department. A three hour service became two weeks plus. I Talked to the general manager Chris and he did not even tried to solve the problem.
