Tucson Subaru is about a hour away from our part time residence but it is well worth the trip, thanks to Jade Hilliard’s outstanding service. Because of Jade, we have been bringing our 2016 Forester to Tucson Subaru for servicing when we’re in town, from regular scheduled maintenance to big ticket items. Jade goes the extra mile on everything that matters: from arranging shuttle transportation to & from, appointment setting, diagnosing the problem, explaining the solution & cost in understandable terms, applying any available discounts, following up - stuff that matters. Jade make the experience as convenient & painless as possible for the consumer. I trust her & she is a pleasure to do business with. More

"The service you get after the Purchase" - AngrySubie2222 I was in a few months ago to have service done on my vehicle. I was told it would be done by a certain time and it wasn't. I waited for over 30 minute I was in a few months ago to have service done on my vehicle. I was told it would be done by a certain time and it wasn't. I waited for over 30 minutes after. while I waited I asked to speak to a fiance manager to answer a few lease questions. The finance manager never answered my questions but she also made me feel like an idiot for asking and was more in tuned with one of the salesman in the building. I felt dismissed and disrespected. This is not a good way to treat loyal clients. I am avoiding my next visit and purchase. More
