Jade Hilliard is the best Service Advisor in Tucson! We’re on our 6th Subaru. We live out of state & travel a lot. Until we met Jade, Firestone has been our go-to mechanic for our 3 vehicle fleet, curr We’re on our 6th Subaru. We live out of state & travel a lot. Until we met Jade, Firestone has been our go-to mechanic for our 3 vehicle fleet, currently consisting of 2 Foresters & a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. Tucson Subaru is about a hour away from our part time residence but it is well worth the trip, thanks to Jade Hilliard’s outstanding service. Because of Jade, we have been bringing our 2016 Forester to Tucson Subaru for servicing when we’re in town, from regular scheduled maintenance to big ticket items. Jade goes the extra mile on everything that matters: from arranging shuttle transportation to & from, appointment setting, diagnosing the problem, explaining the solution & cost in understandable terms, applying any available discounts, following up - stuff that matters. Jade make the experience as convenient & painless as possible for the consumer. I trust her & she is a pleasure to do business with. More

"The service you get after the Purchase" - AngrySubie2222 I was in a few months ago to have service done on my vehicle. I was told it would be done by a certain time and it wasn't. I waited for over 30 minute I was in a few months ago to have service done on my vehicle. I was told it would be done by a certain time and it wasn't. I waited for over 30 minutes after. while I waited I asked to speak to a fiance manager to answer a few lease questions. The finance manager never answered my questions but she also made me feel like an idiot for asking and was more in tuned with one of the salesman in the building. I felt dismissed and disrespected. This is not a good way to treat loyal clients. I am avoiding my next visit and purchase. More

Great service and upfront pricing The staff at Tucson subaru are always friendly, helpful, and patient. I love the up front pricing so your not guessing how much your service will be. Jade Hillard was my service advisor and was very helpful, and attentive. She kept me up to date on what was going on the whole time. I was really happy about that because then I dont keep wondering whats going on with my vehicle. Any one of the service advisors I have ever had have been great. They really have a great team of people there. More

A very enjoyable experience! Our ‘17 Forrester Was in for it’s 30 M service!! Got a loaner car and went and had a nice lunch! Went back to Dealer before our car was ready! I had added an all-wheel drive service, which is recommended every 30,000 miles, and they also had to locate what turned out to be a blown fuse. They are very willing to work with their customers so that everyone is satisfied with their work. More

Great service I had initially gone in for some maintenance on my Subaru and wanted to see if I can get a new car. It all came down to what the payments would be like. After the first set of numbers were presented I was definitely disappointed. I couldn’t afford the bigger car I wanted. The sales associate, Jack and his manager Loren continued to work with me until I got the numbers in my budget. I was so happy to see how hard they worked for me. More
