Went for Recall and Service on my Outback and Bought a Truck I went in to have my Outback serviced and recall taken care of. My husband went with me and saw a truck he liked. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We are in our 70's. He was very patient and helpful while my husband went through a very long thought process to decide to buy, with NO sales pressure whatsoever! Baron also helped us the next day, keeping track of the truck while the service dept applied protective treatment and alarm system. he even delivered us to Denny's and picked us back up so we could eat while waiting for our new truck. What a great guy! We also were in contact with Jade Hilliard again for the service. She is always very friendly and helpful. For business papers we were in contact, again, with Traci to do our paperwork. She is very smart and very helpful and friendly also. We love Subaru. they get the job done. problem with the key not coming out of the ignition which caused the battery to die. Not thrilled with Sub having this problem with only 17,000 miles but the dealer did his job. More

Jade was a great listener! I live an hour and half away from Tucson so it’s important for me to plan the day. Jade was so helpful with the loaner car which I received right awa I live an hour and half away from Tucson so it’s important for me to plan the day. It could have been an all day service but It was completed by 2:30 and I was able to beat the rush hour traffic on the trip home. Prices are always discussed up front. Something I appreciate. I felt like Jade really listened to me and responded to my needs. I will definitely remember to ask for her my next trip in. More
