I went to buy a new car and had a great sales experience with Nermin, who was very accommodating. I was very happy with the car but there was an issue with it several weeks after buying it and Nermin and J with Nermin, who was very accommodating. I was very happy with the car but there was an issue with it several weeks after buying it and Nermin and Jamie went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied, which I was. Every time I've been back since the entire staff has been very friendly and helpful. Nermin and Jamie are exceptional, as are Erik and Norman, who have answered questions I have had and delivered exception customer service every visit I've had. I would deftest recommend buying a car from this group of folks. Thanks again. More

My experience @ Stohlman Automotive was excellent. I’m glad that I have been serviced by Nermin who knew right away what I wanted after the emails and phone call exchange. I have I test drive the car without co-pilot :) , Even Jaime the General sale Manager have to sign the authorization without hesitation, that’s the trust they put on a car connoisseur. Rainy day on that, February 26th was best time to test drive a 2013 CC sport. A few miles later, I decided not to put unnecessary miles to my car. Nermin was there to go with me through the additional feature I missed. The all deal end up really late because in addition to cars, we got to talk about soccer and reminisce with my alumni buddy Hesham Kamal the business manager who walk me through the paper works. Outstanding through and through at all levels- sales (sales person to the sales manager to the general sales manager), financing and service (service advisor to the general manger of service). Extremel (sales person to the sales manager to the general sales manager), financing and service (service advisor to the general manger of service). Extremely respectful staff without any unwanted pressures or gimmicks. They know their cars- from the smallest detail. Pricing negotiation was absolutely easy and quick and the final pricing was the best (the lowest) for the region. Financing and other paperwork was seamless, educational and yet quick and extremely well streamlined. Very knowledgable, intuitive and warm staff. We bought two new cars (a VW and a Subaru) on a Sunday afternoon and drove both cars home in less than 2.5 hours after from the time we got there. Recommend Stohlman's at Tyson's without any reservations. More

Their expertise, patience, caring nature and consistent follow-up to make sure my new car is functioning well, and I am not facing any issues has been the best service I have EVER received. Abe Tekie and Jamie Dent were so reassuring and understanding to my needs and they helped me find my perfect car (Jetta TDI!). I will stress again how they exercised patience with me because I like to ask a million questions so I have all my facts and not only did they answer all my questions, they were super friendly! Always smiling :) If I have any questions, they are quick to respond via email or phone, which is pretty amazing. This was my first new car purchase in 25 years and the experience was outstanding. Ryan was professional and knowledgeable-he took his time going through the features of my new Tiguan, before and after t experience was outstanding. I am from another state looking for 2012 Tiguan with specific color combo (black/beige) & options (Sunroof & Nav), and found that Stohlman did a great job posting their VW inventory with all the details on cars.com and their web site, and so I knew they had two Tiguan in stock that met my requirements even before I started contacting them via email. They were responsive to my email inquiries and gave me a great price. I was even able to complete the finance pre-approval online on their web site. I took a bus down to DC where Hoang picked me up, and the closing process was quick & smooth. More
