Incompetent and dishonest. Dealer screwed up pricing in my favor, which I being an honest person corrected for them. After working though fixing all the paperwork and finalizing Dealer screwed up pricing in my favor, which I being an honest person corrected for them. After working though fixing all the paperwork and finalizing everything, at the very end I find out there is only one key. The manager and sales person at that point say too bad it is sold as is and there is only one key. So now, after fixing the dealerships pricing mistake to the tune of $10000 and likely saving several people their jobs, the thanks I get was they turn around and screw me over with a missing key. Now I have to go to another dealership and pay over $300 for a new electronic key which is a massive hassle. Why this was not disclosed up front points to either pure incompetence, or flat out dishonesty. In either case I would not recommend this dealer and if you get a good deal on any car here, then its probably tainted or something wrong that they are not telling you. In retrospect I should have never told them about their pricing error. More

The agent pulled out imaginary numbers and claimed that Subaru gives out a 50% discount on the extended warranty on the vehicles, whereas the final discounted amount which he showed us was the actual MSRP. I was really disappointed with his dishonesty. More
