Two weeks prior I came into the service area and received a written quote for tires. At that point, I agreed to a date to come back to do a car service and four tire replacement . Two hours after dropping off the car, I got a phone call telling me the tires were more expensive than the quote. I was offered Perelli tires, but I wanted to stay with the original Goodyear Eagles run flats. I was hoping to get this all done in a one stop. I was also disappointed that there wasn’t something to munch on in the Service waiting area. You could take lessons from BMW Ridgefield. More
