When done he offered to have the car deliver to my because I was recovering from surgery but my doctors OKd me for driving allowing me to pick it up at the dealership. More

I never received a phone call of status of my car. I brought it in at 7:30am, and when I called at 4:00, they said it wasn’t even in the garage yet. I told them I needed my car for a trip I was takin I brought it in at 7:30am, and when I called at 4:00, they said it wasn’t even in the garage yet. I told them I needed my car for a trip I was taking. They told me it might not be done on time. I was out on hold for 15 minutes, and then told they would do the work and call me by 5:45. I never received a call on the update. I usually get a video of the work done on my car, but never got one. Was the work even done? I didn’t get out of there until after 6:00. Very disappointing. No customer service. Also I sent all my information the night before to pre register, but they never got the paper work. More
