Jairo my service advisor is Everything! There are not a lot of employees now days that will go above and beyond and communicate the whole process when it comes to automotive/retail service. This dealership is extremely lucky to have a one of a kind top notched employee! I would like to reward this individual of a recommendation for a higher commission from the owner of the store! I know this review might not make it through the hands of the owners of this store, let along the actual Infiniti brand. But if somehow this falls through the cracks and corporate reads it. Let it be known that Jairo is the greatest Infiniti advisor your business have! He should be rewarded with not just recognition but reflect it on his pay! I will continue to bring my vehicle 2hrs away from our home just to get it service here because Jairo exist! More

Service technician Jack finally diagnosed the problem that eluded several other dealerships, was kind enough to show me how to dismantle part of the dash to access the discontinued part I needed if I fou that eluded several other dealerships, was kind enough to show me how to dismantle part of the dash to access the discontinued part I needed if I found it at Pick-n-Pull and then went out of his way to keep checking and then find me a used OEM one at a reputable used parts store. My service writer Miguel was unfailingly helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with, and the service manager Mike spent a great deal of time on the phone with me before I made the appointment. The other service writers, Dan and Jairo, were great to chat with while I was waiting and Bernie, the cashier, was also engaging. I was a very loyal service customer at INFINITI of Elk Grove before they closed and have been less than satisfied with my alternatives since. I will be bringing my 2 INFINITIs here in the future—totally worth the 3+ hour round trip to have the work done correctly and with such attention to customer care. Of course, not that surprising. It has been my experience that this is how owner John Driebe has always run his dealerships. More
