I take back my previous review as it was my fault for squeak and screech. Jairo went above and beyond helping me fix my car problem. Even dropped the price for me even though the car problems I had were squeak and screech. Jairo went above and beyond helping me fix my car problem. Even dropped the price for me even though the car problems I had were my fault, Fixed my bent hardware at no cost, Lent me a courtesy vehicle at no charge as well! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest work done and also a friendly environment More

Jairo my service advisor is Everything! There are not a lot of employees now days that will go above and beyond and communicate the whole process when it comes to automotive/retail service. This dealership is extremely lucky to have a one of a kind top notched employee! I would like to reward this individual of a recommendation for a higher commission from the owner of the store! I know this review might not make it through the hands of the owners of this store, let along the actual Infiniti brand. But if somehow this falls through the cracks and corporate reads it. Let it be known that Jairo is the greatest Infiniti advisor your business have! He should be rewarded with not just recognition but reflect it on his pay! I will continue to bring my vehicle 2hrs away from our home just to get it service here because Jairo exist! More
