Everybody I dealt with, with one exception, cared that I was a happy customer. They were attentive, took their time, and there was no pressure to buy. I will recommend Mohawk Honda to everybody. The one exception to "Great" is my sales person. He was inattentive. When talking to me, or me to him, his eyes would wander as if looking for someone. I never felt he cared if I purchased or not. In the follow-up email and phone call from him, before purchasing, he referred to a CR-V he thought I was considering, rather than the HR-V I was considering. When I returned the next day to purchase, he couldn't find the hard copy of the work sheet he had started on me the previous day. He called me "Maria" instead of my name of Marla. He would leave his desk without saying a word, with me sitting there wondering what he was doing and when he'd be back. I wondered if (1) he didn't think I was worth his time because I wasn't purchasing a higher-end vehicle or (2) he has an issue with (older) women. Though I wish I had had a different sales person, it doesn't take away from the fact that I am pleased with my new vehicle, will return for service to Mohawk Honda and give it high praise for the overall experience. He spent time explaining the workings of the car, even though we expressed that we were only looking. There was no pressure from Camren. When we spoke of our car as a trade in, Camren gave us the Kelly Blue book value without a haggle.....something we have not found at other dealers. We also spoke with several managers that day. All were helpful and friendly. When we picked up our new car, we had the pleasure of working with Camren and Jake. I would highly recommend buying a car from Mohawk Honda. More

Car Lease Experience I initially spoke to Ashley the internet sales person who quickly agreed to a number about $800-900 over invoice and set up an appointment to visit. I was promptly greeted and shortly thereafter met my sales representative. Damon was genuine and a pleasure to deal with during the transaction. I went in educated about the numbers and lease process however the Sales Manager (I think) tried to finagle an additional $100/month lease payment above what I had calculated online. He was nice but obviously trying to get the most money possible for Mohawk Honda. In the end we settled on $85 less per month for a payment which seemed reasonable based on my credit (Excellent), trade (excellent), and online calculations. They did bring out the 4 square sheet with numbers on it (an obviously tried and true sales tactic intended to confuse people) which everyone warns you about online. Make sure your numbers are straight and negotiate each part of the purchase separately. All of these things can be said of most car dealers so go in EDUCATED about the process so you don't get completely fleeced. The pickup process the following day went smoothly and everyone was friendly and upbeat and the vehicle is REALLY nice. The negotiation leading up to it is the worst part really but even then if they know you're educated and you stick to your guns you can come out with a fairer deal than the uneducated. The vehicle checkout with Jacob was fantastic and he was very thorough and down to earth. Disregarding the negotiation (normal) process it was one of the better experiences I've had with a dealer. kindness, honesty, no pressure & exceptional service it was our pleasure to work with mike bennice, your sales consultant, joe vita, your financial manager, skyler, the tech who worked on our car, mike N it was our pleasure to work with mike bennice, your sales consultant, joe vita, your financial manager, skyler, the tech who worked on our car, mike Nicholas, trade in appraiser & jake doyle. we came in on a busy Saturday(april 29)and mike made himself available and was amenable to showing us a used Honda pilot.on our way out we saw a used Honda ridgeline. we made an appt with Mike for Wed., May 3. He had the ridgeline we were interested in cleaned up and ready to roll and took us for a test drive. we immediately liked the car. we were able to talk to skyler, your auto tech, who had worked on the vehicle. he told us what was already done with the vehicle and what more he needed to do. both mike and skyler were professional and friendly. it was obvious that they liked their jobs at Mohawk Honda...which, to us, says a lot about a business. Mike Nichols arrived to appraise our trade in(a 2010 Honda Civic). he was honest and realistic and pointed out a fault in our Honda that we did not even realize existed. he explained the problem in our civic in a straight forward manner, which was appreciated. Mike then took me to the car so I could see the problem for myself. We then met Joe Vita, your financial manager who explained warrantees and finances and gave us the information without pressuring us into anything. truly, the plus side of our dealings with Mohawk Honda was meeting with the 4 individuals mentioned above. We never felt pressured into buying the ridgeline(which we love)or trading our civic(which truly served us well), or buying warrantees etc. it seemed all your workers worked well with each other, as well as with us. this says a lot about a business to us. you are to be commended on keeping your staff happy, which in turn works well for the customers you serve. we will certainly go back to Mohawk Honda when we want another vehicle. thank you. wayne & Maggie pebler More

There was no pressure and he worked to make sure I had an answer to every question. Mike Speranza, the business manager, reviewed all my warranty options and suggested the appropriate option, even though it was a less expensive option. Jake Doyle, the delivery coordinator, thoroughly went through the details of the car and even made sure my phone's Bluetooth connection was set up. Delivery of the vehicle, from signing all the papers until I drove off the lot, took less than 30 minutes. I won't buy a car anywhere else. More
