Mohawk is the best! I just totaled my Honda Civic, and after a week of driving a Ford Fiesta (first world torture) I couldn't take it anymore. On the night of 8/17/16 I I just totaled my Honda Civic, and after a week of driving a Ford Fiesta (first world torture) I couldn't take it anymore. On the night of 8/17/16 I called Mohawk to make an appointment with Cam for the next day and I drove away with a CRV that afternoon. Cam and Trish as always were friendly, fun and professional. I had come in a few months back and I wasn't yet ready to purchase. However, they made me feel comfortable and not pressured so I knew when I was ready I would buy a car from them. Cam made sure I was happy with everything and Jake helped me set up my bluetooth so I was all set before I left the lot. Everyone here was awesome! Although my Civic was totaled and I didn't get repairs done at the collision center this was my 3rd incident this year at the collision center. I can't tell you how awesome these people are. The first time was in the winter when I driving 1.5hrs to work and a deer ran into the side of my vehicle on the way to work. I called and went to the center that afternoon. Patti made me feel like I had nothing to worry about because they would take care of everything, send state farm the estimate, and I could pick up and drop of my hertz rental right on site. She was incredible. The next time I was rear-ended in a parking lot and I simply walked in and Noelle helped me with an estimate on the spot so I didn't have to make an extra trip. Finally, when my vehicle was totaled they sent the estimate the same day of drop off and I could see it when I logged into my SF account. I also had the pleasure of working with Noelle on that visit. The last thing anyone wants to do when they crash their car is stress about repairs. The collision team made life super easy and I wasn't worried about anything. Seriously guys, you're all amazing! Thank you so much! More
