I did a lot of online shopping prior to actually going to the showroom. I shopped with many dealerships. Jake Guzier was attentive, but never pushy. My shopping lasted for a couple months, and he never once the showroom. I shopped with many dealerships. Jake Guzier was attentive, but never pushy. My shopping lasted for a couple months, and he never once bombarded mlite with emails. When I finally arrived at the showroom on Saturday, Tony Mauro worked for several hours with me to find a way to make what I wanted to happen, happen. Dale also jumped in to offer suggestions, and the gentleman in finance (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) was very pleasant and efficient. (AND, the finance person at the last dealership I went to was what made me say I will never go there again.) Thank you for a great experience, and we'll see you soon for another purchase for my husband. More

Columbia Ford is probably one of the finast dealerships that my wife and I have done business with. Having purchased numerous Mustangs in our lives some dealerships give you the shudders when you go in. that my wife and I have done business with. The atmosphere is one of comfort. Our sales rep, Eric Miller was more than helpful, in fact he bought us lunch. Eric had to make numerous trips back and forth throughout the day to complete the deal. Customer service was excellent. As soon as I submitted my online request, I received a response (on a Sunday afternoon!). I was contacted to set up an appointment to come in and view the inventory and meet w online request, I received a response (on a Sunday afternoon!). I was contacted to set up an appointment to come in and view the inventory and meet with a sales rep. The staff at Columbia Ford was exceptional from Sharon at the front desk to everyone involved with our buying experience. Eric was exceptional. Taking the time to show me the inventory, explaining the details of the vehicles. He knew his stuff and was easy to talk to. The process of putting together the numbers and deal went well (only delay was caused because I didn't bring payoff figures). Trade in value for my previous vehicle was right in line with what I researched online. Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Columbia Ford. More

Ed Carpenter was a helpful as could be. He understood what I wanted from the begining (made My first visit ihn June). He kept in contact with me through out the summer. I felt very comfortable with the purchase experience from the original sales contact explaining the features of the Focus, the test drive and full explanation of the options. Additional features and financin the original sales contact explaining the features of the Focus, the test drive and full explanation of the options. Additional features and financing were offered but there was never any pressure or "hard sell" techniques. A great job was done explaining rebates vs Ford financing. Aaron did a excellent job finding a Focus meeting my criteria. I drove off your lot with a new car and the best new car purchase I have experienced. Your entire team showed me respect. More
