Barbara has been at this dealership for several years. We did our research before contacting Toyota of Naperville. We have owned several different Toyotas since 1989 and purchased most of them at the Nape We did our research before contacting Toyota of Naperville. We have owned several different Toyotas since 1989 and purchased most of them at the Naperville dealership.. They did not have any of the 2025 RAV4s on the lot to show us. We had lots of questions that were not answered even after we asked Barb if she could show us the interior color online among other questions. We got more info online about the 2025 RAV 4 we were looking to purchase from a You Tube salesman out east than from Barb. The day we picked the car up we were told numerous times, Barb would go over everything on it so we had a good understanding of it before we drove it off the lot. We traded in a 2012 RAV4 so there were huge differences. After wasting about 2 hours hearing the talk about all the extra warranty programs, we finally sat down with Barb in our new car. She was trying to get us signed into blue-tooth but we did not have our passwords with us so we told her we would set the blue-tooth up at home. She bid us farewell and we were rather stunned. We called to complain a few days later and Zach set us up with Jake Huizenga who sat in the car with us and answered all our questions. More
