Thank you for your feedback. We understand the value of alternate transportation when repairs extend overnight. For perspective, our service department averages approximately 1,400 repair orders each month. At that volume, it is simply not practical for any dealership to provide a courtesy vehicle for every overnight or extended repair. Loaner vehicles are a limited resource, and we provide them whenever available based on repair circumstances and capacity.
When loaners are unavailable, Hyundai may offer rental reimbursement for qualifying warranty repairs, which can help offset transportation expenses. Our team works within those programs and available resources to support customers as best we can.
While we respect your viewpoint, the absence of a loaner should not be interpreted as a lack of service from our advisors, but rather the reality of managing limited transportation resources across a high-volume service operation.

Not only was I updated through the tracker and text, but Jake also personally checked in as I stayed in house. Super easy, comfortable, efficient, and quick service!
