Failed to listen to my address and now I have to jump through hoops to get the information that they want. If they had just listened to me then they would have had a happy customer. But now I have to cha through hoops to get the information that they want. If they had just listened to me then they would have had a happy customer. But now I have to change all of my bills because they didn't want to use the address that I told them to use. Bills can take up to 90 days to take affect. All they wanted to do was sell a car and not listen. Now they pester me every day like it's my fault that they didn't listen. More

The reason I gave the dealership only three stars is because I was not happy with Devin Roger’s aggressive behavior in trying to sell me an extended warranty. I told him up front that I was not interest because I was not happy with Devin Roger’s aggressive behavior in trying to sell me an extended warranty. I told him up front that I was not interested. I understand that he has to present the warranty and explain in detail what was involved and I understand the process. Devin continued to push the warranty and I expressed that I had no interest. After I believe eight to ten times I was irritated and about to walk out and tell the sales person Levi Williams that I was done. When I did see him he was very upbeat and I did not say anything about Devin I then had a great experience listening and learning the technical aspects from Levi. As I am completing this rating I just got a call from Levi and explained my position. More
