Transparency Friendly, helpful, and responsive. I would have given 5 stars but the lack of transparency when it comes to trade-in value could be better. trade-in b Friendly, helpful, and responsive. I would have given 5 stars but the lack of transparency when it comes to trade-in value could be better. trade-in based on local auction deals, i dont believe the public has access to that knowledge. If you are used to negotiating with dealerships, Van Bortel might not be your dealership of choice. However, Overall the price of the vehicle was good. It appears Ford is now competing more with other brands by offering larger rebates than in the past. If rebates are not large, going to another dealership is a must to compare costs. I considered Van Bortel 2 yrs ago but put off by one salesman. Different salesman made the difference. More

Good buying experience and service experience When I was buying the truck the sales staff as a whole was great. The finance team was quick and direct. Service has been great obviously you pay a bi When I was buying the truck the sales staff as a whole was great. The finance team was quick and direct. Service has been great obviously you pay a bit more but you pay for what you get. The shuttle service is nice, giving me more options to get to work. The shuttle drivers communicate well with pick up times and expectations. They do not speed and make it clear on when they can try to pick you up. On to the things that could be better. Their has been an over a month wait on service appointments for close to two years now. You do have the drive up fast lane that is first come first serve but that only makes it worse. I think it’s time for an expansion to increase the capacity. I understand it’s millions of dollars but in the long run it will pay off for your customers and more importantly your employees. I will say this being one of 12 cars waiting in the fast lane line at 6:30 am. Most of the employees didn’t seem like they were happy we were there. I think some of that push could be avoided if more appts were available. More
