In December 2025, I placed a $5,000 deposit on a Lexus GX 550 and signed a written deposit agreement with an agreed purchase price. On that same day, I was informed by my sales associate, Jaker Soto, that the vehicle had already been sold to another buyer. I was never given the five-day opportunity to purchase the vehicle as outlined in the signed receipt. When I spoke with Sales Manager Roman Santana, I received conflicting explanations — including that another buyer offered above MSRP and that a double deposit had occurred.
