I bought my car in for service for 2 recalls and evaluation of one of my tires since I have warranty on it. The staff was ready for me on time. The services were provided and tire claim went withou evaluation of one of my tires since I have warranty on it. The staff was ready for me on time. If there’s a recall on a part, and accept my car into the shop for said recall, why don’t you tell your customers that you don’t even have a “repair” for it? I waited 2hrs for them to tell me that there’s no shop for said recall, why don’t you tell your customers that you don’t even have a “repair” for it?
