The team at Colonial Nissan in Medford are great, from the initial phone call I made to the day I picked up my new vehicle. Joe and Jimmy walked me through the process, and made what I thought was going the initial phone call I made to the day I picked up my new vehicle. Joe and Jimmy walked me through the process, and made what I thought was going to be stressful was actually wonderful. Jimmy explained every detail about the Sport Rogue, regular Rogue, and the Murano since Nissan was a new Make of a car for me. I drove all three and went with the Rogue and couldn't be happier. Jimmy made sure to bring me over to the service team to make sure I would know where it was when it was time to come in for my first oil change. The team at Colonial Nissan thanked me for my purchase, and I drove away a very happy girl. I have a three year lease, and know I'll be back because of the great Customer Service I received from Jimmy and Joe. Thank you Colonial Nissan Medford.... you rock. More

James carefully listened to our preferences in a new car, was able to answer all of our endless list of questions about the trade, the features of new cars, the lease agreements etc. On top of his profesionalism he was very friendly and charming. This was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. Jim was wonderful in listening to what we wa Everyone that worked with us was just great. We went in yesterday to get information about leasing a car. Jim was wonderful in listening to what we wanted, answered all the questions we had and those we didn’t know we had. Dennis and Jim both worked on getting a great price for the lease. We were able to walk out with zero pressure about leasing the car, even after they knew we were still going to other dealerships to shop around. Dennis and Jim were both fantastic. After looking around some more, we made our decision to go with Nissan. The price they gave us was the best by far. We went back today and signed papers. Gene helped us with those. He was great answering questions, explaining any add ons that were offered and again with no pressure to purchase. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking fir a vehicle. More
